Heat waves and cold snaps don't keep business hours. Our dispatch line is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. Licensed technicians, upfront flat-rate pricing, same and next-day appointments, and 24/7 emergency dispatch.
We work across two states with completely different climates — triple-digit Central Valley summers, coastal salt air, desert extremes, Hudson Valley shoulder seasons and Adirondack cold. Our technicians diagnose for the conditions your equipment actually lives in, then measure the result instead of guessing.
| Visit type | What you get | Range |

Ranges are averages for planning only. Your exact price is quoted upfront after diagnosis.
Real feedback from homeowners and business owners who called us first.
“Our AC died at 8pm during a heat wave and First Call had a technician at the house before 10. He showed me the burned-out capacitor, quoted the price before touching anything, and we had cold air the same night. No after-hours surcharge either.”
“Woke up to no heat with a newborn in the house. They moved us to the front of the line, found a cracked ignitor, and had the furnace running in under an hour. Honest, fast, and they actually explained what went wrong.”
“Three companies quoted us a new system. First Call was the only one that measured airflow and did a real load calculation instead of guessing. The new unit is quieter and our summer bill dropped noticeably.”
